While the Android Phone is still very much an infant – it was only very recently launched as a product – that does not mean that there is a lack of applications for it.  After all, the Open Handset Alliance was involved in the development of the Google Android software platform and operating system as much as it had been involved in the patenting of technology that led to the invention of the Android Phone.  As such, Android Phone applications are plentiful even BEFORE the official hardware was formally launched.

In this section of the site, we will be providing you with a listing (as complete as we can) of all the Android Phone applications that have so far been introduced to us.  We will give you all the information you want about them – what they do, what to expect, how to upgrade them.  We’ll give you detailed pointers on how to effectively use them.  We’ll even provide you with reviews of the Android Phone applications – which ones can be considered hits, which ones are misses.
